PREFERENTIAL ENROLMENT

Catholic parents who wish to enrol their child at St Francis School must first consult with the priest who has the responsibility for school enrolments (contact phone 868-6169). Father will declare whether your child is regarded as a preferential pupil or not. Currently, 90% of our pupils are preferential, 10% are non-preferential. Preferential status means the parents or guardians have an established connection with the Catholic Church.

NON-PREFERENTIAL ENROLMENT

Inquiries regarding non-preferential enrolments are to be directed to the Principal.

ENROLMENT PROCEDURES

When enrolling a child, a Birth certificate and an Immunisation Certificate should be produced along with the preferential Enrolment Card obtained from the Parish Priest (if a preferential enrolment).

PRE-ENROLMENT VISITS

We encourage parents to visit the school with their children prior to enrolment. This is arranged by contacting the New Entrant teacher through the School Office (868-7655).
