Mass and Reconciliation times

Mass is held in the Marist Brothers' holiday bach. It's on the left as you drive into Cooks Beach. Throughout January, Mass is held in the Community Hall at 6pm.

The Ferry Crossing

There is a three and a half minute ferry crossing from Ferry Landing (on the Cooks Beach side) to Whitianga, but some drive around the road, which takes about 40 minutes. The ferry costs a dollar one way and runs almost constantly during the day and evening, but you would have quite a walk to Cooks Beach once you got to Ferry Landing. There is a taxi service available (sometimes)!

Ferry times are: 7.30am - 12noon 1pm - 6.30pm 7.30pm - 8pm 9.30pm - 10pm
